We provide growth equity, preferred equity and structured debt investment and structure our investments to best align with each specific opportunity. From single asset and platform acquisitions to strategic minority investments, we are built to provide flexible, nimble and thoughtful investment capital.
Investment Criteria
- Investment Size: $50-500+ million
- Investment Targets: Operating companies or platforms, individual assets, asset to platform development opportunities
- Investment Structures: Control or non-control; Common equity, preferred equity or structured debt
- Investment Rationale: Growth capital, traditional buyouts, select shareholder liquidity, carve-out, etc.
