SDC Capital Partners Closes SDC Digital Infrastructure Opportunity Fund IV, L.P. with $2.1 Billion of Commitments

SDC Capital Partners, LLC (“SDC”), a specialized private equity firm focused on the digital infrastructure sector, held the final close of its fourth fund, SDC Digital Infrastructure Opportunity Fund IV, L.P. (the “Fund”) at the Fund’s hard cap of $2.1 billion. 

The Fund seeks to leverage SDC’s deep sector-specific experience to develop digital infrastructure assets and make value-add investments across the sector. The Fund will invest globally and is flexible with respect to the structure of its investments. The Fund’s limited partners are comprised of a diverse set of institutional investors including university endowments, pension funds, private foundations, insurance companies, asset managers, and family offices.
