Caroline McNair
HR Generalist

Caroline McNair is a HR Generalist at SDC. Prior to joining SDC, she was the HR Generalist at the Dalio Family Office, where she provided support for organizational change projects, employee lifecycle changes, and culture initiatives.
 
Caroline holds a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King's College and a M.S. in Psychology (concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology) from Regent University.
