Clinton Karcher
Partner

Clinton Karcher is a Partner at SDC. He has over 16 years of experience investing in and advising companies in the internet infrastructure and communications sectors. Clinton led numerous SDC portfolio company investments, add-on acquisitions and financings with an emphasis on the fiber and broadband sectors. Clinton currently serves on the board of Allo Communications, IQ Fiber and Smartaira and previously served on the board of Fatbeam. Previously, Clinton was an investment banker with RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus and Signal Hill Capital Group where he executed over $20 billion of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions for data center, fiber and technology service clients.

Clinton earned a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
