Jessica Batlle Welling
Associate General Counsel

Jessica Batlle Welling is Associate General Counsel at SDC. Prior to joining the company, Jessica was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s M&A and Latin America groups and supported a variety of clients in a range of transactions and investments, including acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance, general governance issues and other corporate matters.

Jessica holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. Jessica is a member of the New York State Bar.
