Vladislava Rebeiz
General Counsel

Vladislava Rebeiz is General Counsel at SDC. Prior to joining the company in 2020, Vladislava served as M&A Counsel at Danaher Corporation, where she assisted in the execution of a variety of acquisitions, divestitures and investments. Prior to Danaher, Vladislava was an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s Private Equity Group and supported a variety of clients in a range of transactions and investments, including acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, public company transactions and portfolio matters.

Vladislava holds a B.A. in Politics from New York University and received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School. Vlada is a member of the New York State Bar.
